Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Regenerative Wellness Collective (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, community, and related digital tools (collectively, the “Services”) offered at [business.selfcareakron.com] and through any membership level (Essentials, Thrive, or Ascend). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We provide tools, mentorship, community access, and digital business infrastructure to minority women in wellness who operate their own businesses. Our services may include:

• Business email and phone system setup

• Website hosting and design

• CRM/calendar/payment tools

• Social media and automation templates

• Mentorship and community access

• Business coaching (Ascend tier)

Some services may involve integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Canva, ChatGPT, Printful), for which you must have your own account. We do not provide these accounts, nor are we responsible for the terms or use of third-party platforms.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to minority women wellness professionals who are actively working in or building their businesses. We reserve the right to approve or deny membership at our discretion.

3. Payment Terms

All services are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, depending on the membership plan selected. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees.

Refunds:

All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will retain access to Services through the end of your billing period, after which your access will be revoked. No partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued for early cancellations.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time via your account dashboard or by written request. Upon cancellation:

• Your access to Services and community will be revoked at the end of your paid term.

• You will have 30 days to download any data or business assets stored in the system. After that, data will be permanently deleted.

5. Usage Fees

Some Services, such as email, text, or voice messaging, may incur additional usage-based fees, billed monthly in arrears.

Current Usage Rates:
• $0.675 per 1,000 emails

• $0.0079 per SMS segment

• $0.018 per voice call minute

• $20 one-time A2P 10DLC texting registration fee

These fees may be subject to change with notice.

6. Ownership of Content

You retain full ownership of all branding materials, client data, and business content you create or store using our tools. Upon cancellation, you are responsible for downloading your data within the 30-day grace period.

We retain ownership of all content created by us or provided for general member use (templates, guides, videos, or curriculum), which may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, client growth, revenue increases, or success from use of our Services.

All Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available,” and we disclaim any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstance shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our Services.

8. Community Guidelines

Access to the community is a privilege. Any member who violates our conduct policies (harassment, disrespect, spam, or inappropriate behavior) may be removed from the community at our discretion. Depending on the severity, this may also result in termination of services without refund.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Summit County, Ohio.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes have been posted constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
